With nearly three decades, serving as and Air Force Officer; Dale was provided countless opportunities to travel and serve in far away communities around the world, allowing him opportunities to experience some very unique properties which ultimately ignited his passion for design and an appreciation for architecture.  Dale has had the privilege of experiencing real estate markets in countries such as New Zealand, Singapore, Australia, and the UAE; allowing him to  gain a global perspective on real estate valuation, investments, and opportunities.
